Broccoli and cauliflower casserole


Ingredients: pasta, onion, broccoli and cauliflower frozen mixture (natural without sauce), 2 eggs, chives, mozzarella, salt, pepper, rapeseed oil

Boil the pasta in salted water and pour off, roast the onions in rapeseed oil, first cook broccoli and cauliflower until soft, then mix in, spice with salt and pepper. In a baking dish, first pour in the vegetable mixture, then the pasta and finally a few slices of cheese. Grind salt and pepper from the mill on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese has melted, then garnish with fresh chives and fried eggs (in the meantime, prepare 2 fried eggs in a pan with a little rapeseed oil).
