Tagliatelle with grana and olives


Ingredients: 500 g tagliatelle, frisee lettuce, cocktail tomatoes, cucumber, grated Grana Padano, salt, pepper, chilli-balsamic vinegar, truffle oil, olives 

Boil tagliatelle and rinse off, then apply in layers: Salt and pepper from the mill, chopped frisee lettuce, halved cocktail tomatoes, cucumber pieces, drizzle with chili balsamic vinegar and truffle oil, topped with grated grana and olives
