Ingredients: salmon fillets, 1 onion, tomatoes, olives, capers, sprigs of rosemary, cous cous, salt, pepper, rapeseed oil, ½ lemon

Put rapeseed oil, sliced ​​tomatoes, onion rings, and thawed salmon fillets in an oven pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper from the mill, drizzle with lemon juice and a little oil, garnish with olives, capers and fresh rosemary sprigs. 

Cook in the oven for about half an hour. Prepare and flavor cous cous according to the instructions.
